Karl, even if you were only taking 50% better care of yourself than before, I am really happy. I think good habits take time to form so if you just keep plugging along, this won’t even be an issue by next year.

I would mark it as a success as well! THe point was not to be perfect, the point was to form new habits. You’ve started a new habit by paying attention to your health. That does not have to be an every moment of the day, like clock work time of thing. Good job.. proud of your efforts SO…. IT’S FEBRUARY. WHAT’S THE NEXT ONE?
