DutchBitch – Heh, sorry about that. Silly Europeans should just adopt our timezone. I don’t expect you to wake up at 4am for me, though I do expect you to download the show to listen to.
SciFi Dad – You were exceptional, sir!

Didn’t catch your show but I will when I get more free time.
Ya know, that post you did a while back about going in for a chest xray. I have been thinking about for a while. I guess cause I’m getting in the health field (interning) and first of all, so unprofessional of them not to even know what test results your are coming to discuss. Then, about the doctor posting that question about eternity to you. So unprofessional and actually totally not within the standard of care. Not supposed to do that. The could totally freak someone out and think that they are croaking, not to mention you shouldn’t put your personal views out there to patients.
As for the nipple markers. They are just put on the end of your nipple to distinguish that area from any mass. Usually used on ladies with big hooters….I know, I asked as I had to that last year.
Hope you are well Karl and the test turns out ok.

@Patty – Hiya. Thanks for caring. I’ll be getting the followup x-ray this month, possibly as early as next week. It was a simple mixup…the receptionist doesn’t know what tests I’ve had done. As for the eternity question, yeah, that wasn’t so cool. It doesn’t bother me, though.

I am horribly behind on listening. Yesterday on the treadmill I listened to the one with Buddha, and this morning I listened to Faiqa. I promise I will listen and catch up, but it may take me a while!
And about yout x-rays and all…I wish you lived near me so we could drive each other to all our medical crap and keep each other company! I hate going alone (or with a 4 year old) all the time!

Tori – No problem. That’s what the podcasts are for.
And yeah, I’d love to share rides with you for all this medical shit. Gets old and I hate driving myself. Thank God for music.
