It costs the same as smoking, and you only have to do it for a couple weeks or maybe a month. Also, if you have insurance, your doctor has things they can prescribe to help you quit easily. The first time i quit successfully, (before starting again YEARS later,) was with a combination of the patch and Wellbutrin.
