I used to bike a lot... not as far as Ally is going to embark on, but it was at least 100 miles a week. It was fun, challenging and I really enjoyed it. I should have kept it up. Tell Ally that she should do regular rides. It's very refreshing, you have lots of time to think about lots of things and it's a great way to keep up the cardios. That’s quite the bike ride.
